Why it matters

Real retrieval only

No invented results โ€” publication-gated records only

211-compatible

Feeds downstream social work platforms

Record confidence

Evidence strength, separate from verification

Privacy-first

Approximate location, no PII in telemetry

How the system works

1

Org submits a claim

Organization files a structured form via the claim portal. Takes 10โ€“20 min.

2

Authorized reviewer decides

A scoped reviewer checks the submission and recorded evidence, then approves, denies, or escalates it.

3

Approved listing publishes

Only a listing with positive publication authority can appear in search, chat, map views, and supported data exports.

4

Org maintains their record

The host portal gives the org an authenticated workspace to update hours, services, and locations at any time.
